theopenbook.in considers all subscriptions/sales as final and non-refundable unless there is any technical problem. Once you purchase or subscribe any Digital Content, you will not have the right to cancel your purchase or subscription for that Digital Content. Also, we do not provide refunds or credits in any manner for any partial membership periods or unused content.

In case of excess amount charged to you due to technical error, theopenbook.in shall review the refund request and reserves the right to approve or refuse it. Approved refund shall be processed into the original payment method. Refund process might take 2-3 business days.
